Household Coordinator
Full Time (11 am - 7 pm)
** Pay rate up to $26/hour; based on experience**
United Methodist Communities is currently seeking a Household Coordinator for Bristol Glen Senior Care Community located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is a thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained 75-acre campus providing exceptional options for senior care living.
The Household Coordinator works in tandem with the Nurse Mentor supporting the non-clinical aspects of the Household - predominantly supporting the CNA's, ensuring resident's overall needs are being met within the household and ensure families' needs are being met.
Requirements for a Household Coordinator:
- Current and valid CNA certification in New Jersey
- Previous long-term care experience.
Responsibilities for a Household Coordinator:
- To be of assistance to the staff & residents, i.e: answering call lights, assisting residents at meal times, transporting residents to/from activities, working with families, problem solving, establishing meeting schedules, monitoring cleanliness of house, participates in care plan meetings, household schedule, resident's daily activities, manages/implements resident service plan, etc.
- Monitors staffing schedules of CNA's.
- Monitor par levels. Reorder supplies in a timely manner.
