Position Summary :
A Quality Control Processor is responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy and compliance of post-closing loan documentation ensuring all loans meet established 7(a) Small Business Administration (SBA) guidelines, regulations, and internal policies before approval.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring no less than two days in the office each week. This arrangement may be adjusted at the discretion of your department manager or in response to evolving company needs."
- Comprehensive loan file review : Conduct detailed examinations of loan documentation, tax transcripts, purchase documents, entity formation documents, collateral documents, and supporting documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Compliance checks : Verify closed loans adhere to 7(a) SBA eligibility criteria, regulatory requirements, and internal commercial credit policy standards.
- Risk assessment : Identify potential credit risks associated with loan applications and marking issues for further review by management.
- Data analysis : Utilizing data analysis tools to review loan data, identify patterns, and assess trends to inform decision-making.
