- Respond immediately and consistently to all company-provided leads
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process with clarity, confidence, and care
- Maintain daily pipeline activity in our proprietary software to maximize lead conversion
- Provide thorough pre-qualification and loan structuring support to ensure high app-to-close rates
- Collaborate closely with in-house processors and underwriters to move loans quickly
- Communicate proactively with borrowers, real estate agents, and internal teams
- Follow up on aging leads and long-term nurture campaigns to create future business
- Uphold the standards of the institution in all interactions — you are the face of the bank
