Job Description:
As a Customer Success Specialist - you will be working with UPS Customers and Partners serving as their main point of contact to help realize their current solution’s value and drive incremental value through new focused solution selling. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of experience (business development, product, marketing, technical mindset) allowing for effective engagement with key partners at several levels. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about new business models, product integrations, and technical challenges as well as build and convey compelling value propositions and drive innovation with partners. The position also requires experience working with technical services such as API along with working knowledge of service delivery, business operations, and cross-functional team management.
Responsibilities
- Customer Digital Consumption – Increase customer consumption by delivering solutions that drive incremental revenue, and product usage. Mitigate customer churn by driving adoption of existing or new digital related products
- Own and drive revenue growth by identifying new joint initiatives, cross-sell and upsell opportunities, best practice implementations, co-marketing programs and jointly developing solutions that meet mutual customer needs and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate and execute the strategy to grow the commercial and strategic relationship with largest partners globally. Conducting pre-sales calls, delivering customized presentations, delivering ROI-based proposals, support negotiating complex contracts, post implementation support and become a trusted advisor
- Insightful Listening – Uncover new use cases for consumption opportunities and drive intent for consumption by actively engagement with Product Owners/Managers) and Delivery Manager. Prepare insights for management to understand market trends and drive the right business solution outcomes.
- Meet or Exceed Business Targets – Deliver and maintain monthly and quarterly forecasts to meet or exceed revenue targets. Present action plans and results to management and use appropriate escalation techniques to stay on top of goals and objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 3 years sales and negotiation experience, technical sales experience, or related work or internship experience
- Influence Stakeholders and Decision Makers - Map business scenarios to technical solutions. Create cases for customer change/adoption and translating value propositions & solutions into business outcomes.
- Familiar with API technologies, security authorization (OAuth2.0)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to operate with ambiguous requirements and prioritize conflicting requests
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Salary : $55,900 - $70,700
