Job Description:

Information Security Manager – Identity and Access Management Governance and oversight

Grade 30G

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager for our Identity and Access Management Governance, Oversight and Compliance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of development and support for Compliance Monitoring and Reporting services as well as the Identity and Access Data Analytics team.

This individual will play a key role in managing the planning, development, deployments, Data modeling, Data Analysis, overseeing database event traffic collection, creating dashboards and reports, design and develop of workflows and pipelines and communicating findings to all levels of the organization. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide workload coordination and oversight for the team and guide suggestions to improve performance, automation and contribute to internal IAM Oversight and compliance monitoring efforts.

This role will as well focus on modernizing IAM capabilities using native Microsoft Entra services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintain and development of Guardium policies, filters, queries, reports, and audit processes.
• Manage the Design, Develop and Maintenance of Identity and access data modeling
• Manage the Design, Develop and Maintenance of SonarG workflows and data ingestion
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels regarding
  • Compliance Monitoring and reporting services
  • Identity and access analytic Insights
• Budget management
• Vendor Relationship

Technical Skills:

• Data analysis and insight extraction from large datasets
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerBI for visualization and reporting
• Experience in Python and R for data analysis and modeling
• Database experience (MS-SQL, Oracle) with advanced querying
• MongoDB aggregation pipeline development and optimization a plus
• Microsoft Entra IAM Experience for Plan and implement identity governance

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from$116,640/year to $216,180/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
