What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Account Specialist - New Graduates Welcome position at United Performance Metals?
This individual will be a relationship builder, who will bond with new and existing customers.
Successful candidate will follow their sales order from initiation to shipment, resolving any issues that may develop.
At least two years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Understanding basic manufacturing processes and customer requirements.
Experience with ERP and CRM systems for managing sales and customer data. (having good computer skills)
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Experience handling customer inquiries, concerns, and negotiations professionally.
Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
Quick learner who can adapt to new products, processes, and market trends.
Willingness to participate in training, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
A team player who brings a positive vibe and is able to efficiently organize and manage daily tasks during busy days
This is a hybrid work arrangement where team members have the option of working from home on Mondays and Fridays
