- Deliver expert legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other relevant legal areas
- Craft essential legal documents, such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other documentation related to estate planning and business formation
- Guide clients in developing and executing strategies aimed at safeguarding and maintaining their assets
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law
- Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable
- Existing private practice
- Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial
