Responsibilities
Client Consultation : Engage actively with potential and current clients to understand their commercial insurance needs and offer comprehensive solutions.
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target businesses in the Olde West Chester area, enhancing UPICs market presence.
Policy Management : Customize insurance policies to fit the unique needs of each business client and ensure their understanding of coverage options.
Networking : Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and other industry professionals to promote UPICs services.
Customer Service : Provide exceptional service, addressing client queries promptly, and assisting with policy renewals or amendments.
Market Awareness : Stay informed on industry trends and legislative changes impacting commercial insurance to offer relevant advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing : A valid Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance sales or a related industry is preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information to clients and team members.
Customer-Focused : A commitment to exceeding customer expectations and building lasting client relationships.
