We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant who can multitask and prioritize a variety of duties in a fast-paced office setting. An ideal candidate will have some knowledge of software applications and the ability to stay organized and adhere to deadlines. An outstanding Administrative Assistant will have an eye for detail, excellent organization skills and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones.
- Create documents.
- Handle rough drafts.
- Take notes.
- Screen phone calls.
- Make appointments and keep track of appointments.
- Conduct research on the internet and in person.
- Learn people's names and remember details about them.
- Answer questions.
- Get directions to a location.
- Arrange meetings and make arrangements for meetings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
