Part time apartment Maintenance Tech needed for 48 unit Tax Credit Apartment community in Chocowinity, NC and a 64 unit Tax Credit Apartment community in Greenville, NC.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Vacant apartment turns
HVAC inspection and maintenance
24 hour emergency call response
Work order completion
Daily trash pickup
Job requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems. HVAC certification a plus.
Clean driving record and criminal background check. Must also pass a pre-employment and random drug tests.
