Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and secure top-performing real estate agents to join our growing office.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates using various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards, social media, and industry events.
• Networking: Develop strong relationships within the local real estate community to identify and recruit the best talent.
• Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation models, and competitor activities to ensure our recruitment strategies remain effective and competitive.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Broker to understand recruitment needs and provide timely solutions.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or real estate industry preferred
• Knowledge of the DMV real estate market is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously
