Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience as a Store/Branch Manager in a successful location
  • Strong refrigeration and air conditioning knowledge, preferably with industry distribution experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Trend and International Export Sales experience a plus
  • Able to understand break-even points, margins, asset management, and market dominance
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize customers, develop business, lead team members, and work independently
