Job Type: Seasonal Per Diem-Lifeguards
Wage: $20PH
Schedules: Pool Hours are 9AM-8PM Daily
Shifts: 9AM-2:30PM, 12PM-6PM, & 2:30PM-8PM

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision and Observation:
Supervision and Observation:
- Actively monitor the aquatic area for potential hazards and unsafe behaviors.
- Maintain a high level of awareness of swimmers' abilities and conditions.
- Identify and address any potential dangers or emergencies quickly and effectively.
Safety and Enforcement:
- Enforce pool rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Warn swimmers of improper activities or dangers.
Rescue and First Aid:
- Be prepared to perform rescues, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Administer first aid and CPR to injured or distressed individuals.
- Maintain proficiency in rescue and first aid skills through regular training.
Communication and Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and other lifeguards.
- Provide clear and concise instructions and warnings.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust pool hours accordingly
Lifeguard Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Service Experience Required
- Valid Lifeguard Certificate
- CPR / AED Certified
- High school diploma or Transcripts- Higher Education also Accepted
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
