About the Role:
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office within the Tradeshow cleaning industry. Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work independently or with a partner
- Capable of lifting, bending, stooping, pushing & pulling heavy loads
- Must be able to lift and/or carry thirty (30) to fifty (50) pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the tradeshow industry.
- Familiarity with billing software and office management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage billing services, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
- Maintain and organize calendars for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Answer and direct calls on a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
