Front Office Support - Per Diem- Job Description:

We are seeking a Front Office Support - Per Diem candidate to join our team at United Services, Inc. in Connecticut. This role will provide temporary coverage for hours normally covered by a regular employee. The Front Office Support Per Diem will perform tasks that are consistent with normal program activities for the front office secretary, medical records, client access team, and psychiatric assistant. Additionally, this position will provide client assistance in all areas where temporary coverage is provided. This role is vital in supporting our mission of 'Creating Healthy Communities' by providing essential administrative support that enhances our operations and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Assist with customer support inquiries and maintain a welcoming front desk environment.
• Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective communication

Requirements:

• Strong customer support skills with a focus on service excellence.
• Experience in calendar management and scheduling.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.

Front Office Support - Per Diem Qualifications: Associates Degree in a relevant field or high school diploma plus two years of relevant experience required.

Schedule: As Needed

Front Office Support - Per Diem Salary/Hourly Range: $19.00 per hour

Benefits: As a per diem employee, there are no benefits associated with this position.
