Full-time opening available in Northeastern, CT to join the United Services, Inc. team. The incumbent will oversee and manage the EAP program. The ideal candidate best suited for this position will have a wide range of skills, including the ability to provide short-term, solution-focused counseling, complete assessments and viable referrals based on need; develop and provide engaging trainings and workshops; effectively negotiate / manage contracts and program promotion; stay up-to-date with current and changing EAP, health and wellness, and mental health / addiction issues; ability to research and utilize / incorporate best practices; ability to utilize data to improve outcomes and program quality : outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal), public speaking, and one-on-one coaching.
Minimum Requirements :
MSW (CT-LMSW required), MFT (CT-MFT-A required), Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Master’s Degree in a related clinical field required (CT-LPC-A required). Clinical experience with individuals with substance use and / or co-occurring diagnosis preferred.
