A UX Team Member at UWM is passionate about creating elegant experiences that align business goals with user's needs. You will work with business stakeholders and the UX Team to create the best possible user experience. This position will allow you to have wide-reaching influence over the relationship between our users and UWM.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Leverages business understanding, complex data points, system dependencies and layering to assist in the design of complex enterprise solutions.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs.
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Create reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Create wireframes / mockups.
- Stewardship of the United Design System.
