We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user behavior and translating insights into actionable recommendations. As a UX Researcher, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure our products meet the needs and expectations of our users.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Partner closely with product owners, project managers, business analysts, and UX designers to plan, conduct, and communicate user research that guides meaningful and usable product design decisions.
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative, attitudinal and behavioral, and generative and evaluative studies from beginning to end.
- Create exemplary research artifacts, presentations, and reference materials to support and socialize research findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide research consultation that aligns to the needs of the business.
- Influence and inspire leadership and stakeholders through compelling narratives.
- Be a driving force in the development of UX maturity and education across the company.
- Mentor junior team members on research best practices, as needed.
- Identify and communicate ways in which user feedback can drive business outcomes.
