Operations/Cleaning Crew - Job Description
Pre-Game Crew: 7 am – 2 pm, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon (Option to work 2 days or all 4 days)
Game Crew: 5 pm – 11 pm, Thurs, Fri, Sat, 12 pm – 6 pm, Sun (Option to work 2 days or all 4 days)
Duties and Responsibilities Summary:
Maintains the cleanliness of the ballpark, which contributes to a more positive experience for guests.
Primary responsibilities
- Ensure Restrooms are clean and functional.
- Cleaning/sanitizing all surfaces including but not limited to toilets, sinks, counters, stall partitions etc.
- Mopping floors.
- Emptying trashes.
- Use of Leaf blowers to gather trash from the grandstand (pre game).
- Sweep/pickup trash left in grandstand and other areas of the ballpark including the lawn seating, suites, picnic areas and concourse.
- Refilling all supplies – Ensuring that paper products, soaps and other items are kept stocked.
- Plunge toilets as necessary.
- Maintain equipment (mop buckets, cleaning supplies, rags etc).
- Answer various questions.
- Ensure everyone adheres to safety rules.
- Clean Ballpark and place debris in trash receptacles.
- Handle complaints or suggestions.
- Provide assistance to patrons with special needs.
- Warehouse/stocking duties.
- Your supervisor may assign other duties at any time.
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $12.48 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
