What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operations Manager - Jimmy John's Field position at United Shore Professional Baseball League?
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Warehouse Supervisor and warehouse staff.
- Manage receiving deliveries, conducting quality control of items being delivered, verifying deliveries match to purchase orders and invoices, recording inventory items into POS system for inventory control and reporting.
- Over the unpacking, storing, and organizing of food/beverage inventory in warehouse, delivery of food and beverage to walk-ins, kitchen, suites, stands, beverage coolers at the ballpark.
- Follow Company policies and procedures for recording food and beverage inventory in the ballpark.
- Provide accurate information to Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to assist them with placing weekly orders for food and beverage.
- Oversee delivery of food & beverage for kitchen, suites, concession stands.
- Manage inventory to minimize waste, rotate stock.
- Oversee ongoing quality control of inventory to ensure food and beverage products are fresh and free of damage in the warehouse.
- Oversee cleanliness of warehouse to maintain a clean environment.
- Operate the forklift as needed to assist with receipt of deliveries (proper OSHA certification required)
- Other duties as may be assigned by Company management from time to time.
Position is seasonal, with anticipated start date of April 14, 2025 and anticipated end date of October 12, 2025.

Pay: $750.00 - $850.00 per week
