Primary Purpose
The Director of Finance plays a critical role in overseeing all corporate financial operations and shaping the company’s corporate financial strategy and planning. This position is responsible for evaluating the
organization’s financial performance, identifying potential risks and exploring investment opportunities to ensure sustainable growth. As a trusted leader, the Director of Finance brings extensive expertise in accounting, finance, and business principles, coupled with a strategic mindset and strong leadership skills. Essential Functions
Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
Oversee all audit and internal control operations
Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
Perform other duties as assigned Lead the financial planning activities by analyzing performance metrics and identifying potential risks.
Maintain continuous oversight of the company’s corporate financial health, proactively addressing issues to prevent disruptions.
Establish performance targets and provide leadership for all direct reports.
Deliver accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Conduct in-depth financial analyses to produce reliable forecasts and provide actionable insights to executives.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Identify and drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Lead financial risk management initiatives, including assessing investment opportunities and mitigating potential financial exposures.
Ensure full compliance with financial laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Perform other duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred Graduate Degree
Minimum 10 including prior management experience
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
CPA or other relevant qualification is a plusExtensive knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software (SAP or similar platforms).
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities with proven experience managing diverse teams.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
CPA certification or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
Salary Range
128,800.00 – $193,200.00 / year
