Primary Purpose
The Manager, Financial Modeling, is responsible for developing and maintaining sophisticated driver-based financial models to predict future outcomes with precision and reliability. This role involves conducting comprehensive data analysis, including data cleaning, trend analysis, and extracting meaningful insights from various financial sources. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, scenario planning, and the ability to deliver actionable insights through clear and concise presentations. Additionally, this position will support special projects as needed.
Essential Functions
Design, build, and optimize complex driver-based financial models to forecast business outcomes, assess risks, and support high-impact strategic decision-making.
Conduct deep-dive financial analyses, including data validation, trend identification, variance analysis, and scenario modeling, to uncover insights that drive business performance.
Aggregate, synthesize, and interpret financial data from multiple sources, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering clear, actionable insights to leadership.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to improve cost efficiency, maximize profitability, and enhance financial sustainability.
Extract, validate, and leverage key financial data from statements, historical trends, and external benchmarks to refine forecasting accuracy and support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams to translate financial insights into actionable business strategies.
Continuously refine financial models and methodologies to adapt to changing business conditions, market dynamics, and company objectives.
Leverage advanced analytics tools and financial software to automate reporting, enhance forecasting accuracy, and drive efficiency in financial planning processes.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 Year Bachelors Degree in a related field such as Accounting, Statistics, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar field with a strong technical background
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with expertise in creating complex financial models, designing charts, and summarizing key insights.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and a solid understanding of investment evaluation methods, including ROI, NPV, and IRR.
- Extensive experience in sourcing and consolidating data to construct reliable predictive models, including familiarity with ERP systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective time management skills to balance competing demands and projects.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, to support data visualization and reporting.

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
Salary Range
105,600.00 – $158,400.00 / year
