Title : Pega QA Test Lead Location : local to CT and ability to go into the Hartford office 2-3x per week, OK if someone wants to relocate to CT; OK if someone strong is remote and comes in 4x / year for PI planning Start : ASAP! Duration : 6-12 month contract extensions or conversion Interview Process : 2 round Teams interview to hire Must haves : 5 years as a QA Tester - Selenium Lead experience (leading a project / effort; mentoring) Hands on with Pega 8.x platform and CDH application via UAT Experience with onshore / offshore team collaboration Hands on with Java or JavaScript Test management tools - Rational Tool Suite, JIRA Agile Nice to haves : Healthcare experience (huge plus) Description : QA Test Lead's overall implementation responsibilities include estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities. The QA Test Lead will also ensure that implementation quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved. Minimum 5 years of QA Testing experience. Hands-on testing experience within Pega 8.x platform(s). Demonstrates CDH application to client, as needed. Leads business users through CDH user acceptance testing. Works collaboratively with Lead Decision Architects, Lead System Architects and Business Architect to monitor and close defects. Strong understanding of Agile principles Experience with Test Management toolsRational Tool suite, JIRA Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript Experience testing APIs and data integrations Experience working in onshore / offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
