- QA Test Lead's overall implementation responsibilities include estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities. The QA Test Lead will also ensure that implementation quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
- Minimum 5 years of QA Testing experience.
- Be able to read and understand Pega CDH code and configurations. Familiar with Pega CDH testing technologies such as Clipboard, Pega Tracer, Admin Studio, Pega Logs, Pega PDC, Pega Test Cases and Test Suites, etc.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles.
- Experience with Test Management tools -- Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
- Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
- Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
- Understand business requirement and drive test data request, test strategy, test case review, etc. And ensure testing teams are in a good position to start testing as scheduled.
- Design test cases and organize tester activity properly to ensure testing is completed in an effective manner.
- Proficient in corporate communication skills, both written and oral, to ensure smooth communication with other teams.
- Accurately estimate testing timeline and drive team to meet deliverables on time.
- Support E2E testing on Pega CDH validation.
- Perform testing environment specific configuration changes after Dev team KT-ed instructions.
- Proactively think about how to thrive and improve team’s performance to the next level.
- Experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
- Preferred: Somebody who has Healthcare domain knowledge.
- Preferred: Somebody who can be based out of Hartford, CT
