PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering / Operation Research, Applied Economics & Statistics or related technical field required.
The tool will improve the capability of performing after-the-fact analysis and identify areas for improvement on managing uncertainties during different stages of the unit commitment processes.
Perform research, prototype development and testing to enhance market clearing software performance.
PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering / Operation Research, Applied Economics & Statistics or related technical field required.
Knowledge : Principles, practices, and administration of Electricity Markets;
Principles and economics of transmission / generation construction and system operations;
Security Constrained Unit Commitment and Economic dispatch;
Optimization algorithms; Applied economic and statistical principles.
