Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst with a proven track record in designing and implementing Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions within a large-scale retail and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in telephony, faxing, and paging systems, alongside a strong background in Agile methodologies. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, defining detailed requirements for UCaaS projects, and ensuring the successful deployment of unified communication platforms across retail stores, distribution centers, and shared services campuses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements for UCaaS solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic objectives and technological capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current communication systems to identify inefficiencies, limitations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate collaboration between IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Design and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting UCaaS vendors, including evaluation criteria, vendor scoring, and recommendation of solutions.
- Implement Agile practices to manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate pilot tests and validate deployment strategies in QA environments, including gap analysis and lessons learned.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging feedback from pilot tests to refine project approaches and solutions.
