We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, be proficient in computer literacy, and have a keen eye for proofreading. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Provide support in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize Google Suite to create, edit, and manage various documents and spreadsheets.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Support medical or dental reception tasks as required, including managing patient records and appointments.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications.
- Experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus but not required.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
