Accounts Receivable Associate – Medical Billing – Independent Living Facility – Healthcare
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in staffing, is representing a Senior Living Retirement Community seeking experienced Accounts Receivable Associates to join their team. The Accounts Receivable Associate position starts on a temporary basis and has the possibility of becoming permanent if its the right fit after 3-6 months.
The Accounts Receivable Associate position starts out fully in the corporate office in Catonsville, MD Mon-Fri with an 8 hour per day schedule. Flexible start times between 7 : 30am and 9am.
The Accounts Receivable Associate position has the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 1 day remote, 4 days in office. Remote days can only be Tues, Weds or Thurs.
Pay rate is $22.50 / hr.
Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Associate :
- At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare Accounts Receivable experience including billing, collections, and cash positing.
- Must have third party billing experience
- Experience working with insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is required
- My Unity experience is a plus, not a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
