Responsibilities You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Command Services Division (N11), Manpower and Personnel Department (N1) at Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAS PAC). You will serve as the administrative technical authority and the point of contact for administrative technical support for the office of the Commanding Officer (CO) and Chief Staff Officer (CSO). You will assist the command by performing studies and analyzing command administrative procedures and workflow, and make recommendations to the Command Staff for corrective actions for process and quality improvement. You will organize and execute plans for ceremonies and VIP visits such as notices, awards, promotions and special functions for the CO. You will respond to inquiries and administrative problems brought to the CO by members of the staff and offices of Fleet Cyber Command, State and Local governments, other Federal agencies, commands and congressional staff. You will handle all correspondence, some of which are most sensitive, regarding the performance of officers, officer discipline and related matters. You will plan conferences and local meetings for the CO and be responsible for preparing the agenda, notifying participants and arranging events. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies or knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by : Experience performing workflow management by evaluating administrative information and recommending improvements to ensure optimum quality and efficiency in the flow of command correspondence in accordance with procedural directives and regulatory requirements. Experience organizing and executing the planning and preparation of ceremonies such as awards, promotions, and special functions. Experience assisting with Supervisor's administrative functions such as agenda management, scheduling, training on administrative work processes, and appropriate software selections. Experience arranging conferences, meetings and events, and ensuring scheduled commitments are met. COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be combined to meet the total qualification requirements for the position.
