United States X Advisors California, a growing public accounting firm with offices in Sherman Oaks and West Los Angeles, is looking for an Assistant Account / Business Manager to join our team! Summary :
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Account Manager - Business Management is computing, classifying, and recording financial transactions to ensure the financial records of the client are accurate and assist Account Managers - Business Management.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain Accounts Payable in AgilLink
- Support execution of client vendor tasks (e.g. telephone setup, billing)
- Set up new vendors in AgilLink; obtain banking details and necessary tax forms
- Enter and process client credit card statements through credit card module
- Record cash receipts
- Book client payroll as directed
- Journal entry posting
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly packages (consisting of several financial reports)
- Run and review monthly trial balance, and pass along to Account Managers - Business Management for final review
- Upload documents and maintain electronic filing system
- Work minimal overtime hours during busy season
- Other related duties as assigned
