Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to create accurate project estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Review contracts and scope of work to identify key elements that impact cost.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess conditions that may affect project costs.
- Support the negotiation process with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain organized documentation of estimates, contracts, and correspondence related to projects.

Qualifications
- WILLINGNESS TO LEARN, ADAPT, ABLE TO NOT BE OFFENDED WITH CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, 6 MONTH TRAINING PERIOD, PROBATION
- MUST KNOW HOW TO READ CONSTRUCTION PLANS, INTERPRET DRAWINGS
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
