United Structural Services, LLC provides commercial and residential foundation repair, waterproofing, floor support systems, sinkhole remediation, encapsulation, concrete leveling, and other specialty contracting services to Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama.
United Structural Systems is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to our team. The Marketing Coordinator role will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to promote our products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to begin their career in marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Support in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Assisting the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers and tracking performance metrics.
- Assist with research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to assist in the development of marketing strategies.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics, preparing reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Help organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows and other marketing activities.
- Oversee and manage internal company intranet sites and TV’s.
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining databases, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors.
What you’ll need:
- Servant-leader mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Ambassador for the Company’s culture, purpose and vision.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience with graphic design tools a plus.
- Previous experience is a plus, not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
