United Talent Staffing is seeking a Construction Inspectors to join a company in Bridgeport, WV, with opportunities to work on projects throughout West Virginia, Southeast Ohio, and Southwest Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in overseeing water-related construction projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth execution. Direct Hire
Job Responsibilities :
Conduct on-site inspections, working closely with residents, property owners, and contractors.
Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain detailed records, including daily reports, project quantities, and any modifications.
Update redline or as-built drawings to document project changes.
Identify and prevent construction defects through proactive monitoring.
Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
Travel as needed to various project sites, which may require overnight stays during the week.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of relevant experience in construction inspection or a related field.
OSHA 10, CPR, and First Aid certifications are highly desirable.
Experience as a treatment plant operator and certifications (Class 3 and above) in water treatment plants are a plus.
