As a MIC Tech Support Specialist, you will provide essential support for hardware, software, and technical issues encountered by the value-add team during staging efforts. Job Responsibilities :

• Provide primary support for any technical issues encountered during production projects
• Gather information about issues, determine root causes, and develop solutions to resolve them
• Manage the flow of incoming support requests and escalate issues to IT specialists as necessary
• Resolve technical issues using methods such as walking leads / technicians through resolutions or remotely accessing systems
• Maintain detailed records of user issues and solutions for future reference
• Escalate complex issues to IT support specialists with relevant documentation and data
• Conduct periodic system tests and deploy updates to applications, servers, and hardware
• Assist in troubleshooting activities and ensure that updates do not cause unforeseen problems
• Act as a point of escalation for quality issues and process all DOA (dead on arrival) devices
• Collaborate with technicians on problem resolution and promote Stratix Quality Control processes
• Maintain records and databases of all issues and escalations
• Track issues to root cause and resolution
• Lead by example, offering training, fostering communication, and providing support to team members
