We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Connect Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Amazon Connect, AWS services, CRM integrations, and DevOps. This role requires a strong technical background, problem-solving abilities, and experience in cloud-based contact center technologies.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design and implement Amazon Connect solutions, including complex contact flows, advanced routing logic, speech recognition, and text-to-speech functionalities using AWS LEX, Polly, and Contact Lens.

Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL.

Develop and optimize Amazon Connect APIs and SDKs for seamless third-party integrations.

Ensure security best practices and compliance with PCI DSS, PII, HIPAA, and GDPR.

Architect solutions integrating Amazon Connect with CRM platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Support integrations with Workforce Management (WFM) systems such as Verint.

Develop automation and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform, Jenkins, Spinnaker, and Git.

Implement DevOps best practices to streamline deployment processes.

Troubleshoot issues and optimize Amazon Connect's performance.

Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of Amazon Connect's core features and capabilities, including Contact Lens.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex contact flows.

Expertise in speech recognition and text-to-speech technologies (AWS LEX, Polly).

Strong knowledge of Amazon Connect APIs and SDKs.

Proficiency with AWS infrastructure and services (ECS, S3, Lambda, Aurora PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc.).

Knowledge of AWS security best practices.

Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Understanding of CRM APIs and data models.

Good-to-have experience with WFM system integrations (e.g., Verint).

Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (AWS RDS, DynamoDB, Aurora).

Proficiency in DevOps, CI/CD practices (Terraform, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Git).

Knowledge of security protocols and systems (Active Directory, IAM, SAML, SSO).

Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, especially in telephony environments.

5 years of experience in Contact Center technologies and Cloud Architecture.

Exposure to AI/ML technologies such as AWS Transcribe, Bedrock, Comprehend, and SageMaker.
