If you have experience in raking, shoveling, and assisting in asphalt paving operations, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Shoveling and raking asphalt to assist with paving operations.
✔ Sealing joints and ensuring proper compaction of the mat.
✔ Assisting with grading adjustments and surface corrections.
✔ Working alongside the paving crew to achieve a smooth finish.
✔ Following safety protocols and using proper PPE on-site.
✔ Performing general labor tasks related to asphalt paving.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Paving Crew Laborer or similar role preferred.
- Ability to handle physical, outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow directions.
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn new paving techniques.
