Position Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with the HR Director to deploy HR strategies and initiatives in support of the organization’s goals. The HRBP will provide daily, strategic HR guidance, including but not limited to policy implementation, performance evaluation management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with leaders and develop a solid understanding of the business.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend proactive measures to address issues.
- Conducts exit interviews, summarizes findings, and discusses trends and concerns with HR Director.
- Answer routine questions regarding benefits, pay, and other items related to the employee experience.
- Communicate policy, benefit, and compliance information to team members to ensure understanding.
- Identify training needs for individuals and teams.
- Work closely with employees and managers to build morale, improve working relationships, and increase retention and productivity.
- Assist in administering employee engagement initiatives.
- Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience.
- Broad knowledge of HR industry practices with demonstrated generalist experience in areas of employee/labor relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and talent development.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Healthcare experience a plus.

Tech Requirements for the Job:
- High-speed, reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication and access to necessary systems and tools.
- Quiet and private work environment to maintain confidentiality and minimize background noise during calls.
- Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and customer relationship management systems.
- Compliance with all security and privacy policies and protocols, including safeguarding patient information and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

- Hybrid role with the ability & willingness to travel to all clinic sites as necessary within a geographic region.
Physical Requirements for the Job:
- Regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Involves standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, and twisting.
- Requires full range of body motion, including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 20 lbs.

Salary : $85,000 - $120,000
