Responsibilities
The FP&A Lead - Executive Reporting will support our financial planning, reporting, and analysis efforts. This role will be responsible for owning key financial reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing financial storytelling through high-quality presentations. This role provides critical support to senior leadership, helping drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements. The FP&A Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, and senior executives, to deliver accurate reporting and insights.
- Own the preparation and refinement of monthly, quarterly, and board-level financial presentations, ensuring data accuracy and strong financial storytelling.
- Lead data validation and integrity efforts, ensuring all reporting aligns with financial systems and source data.
- Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in decision-making.
- Partner with the FP&A team to analyze financial performance, trends, and key business drivers.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes using Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
- Work closely with Accounting to reconcile financial data and resolve discrepancies proactively.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality, executive-ready materials that clearly communicate financial insights.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in a multi-site, healthcare, or services-based environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to develop clear and compelling financial narratives.
- Strong financial modeling, data validation, and reporting
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, with a proven ability to create executive-level presentations.
- Technical proficiency in Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly dependable; able to meet reliable attendance and punctuality standards for the role.
