Job Type: Full-time
Technician Trainee Job Duties:
- Take direction from a lead technician on proper IICRC standards for Restoration.
- Carry equipment up to 75 lbs. from a vehicle into a home.
- Be able to use hand tools such as drills, drywall knives, hammers, pry-bars, etc.
- Be willing to take part in classroom and on-the-job training.
- Rotating on-call week/weekends where you are to answer, respond, and perform all above duties during after-hours for emergency calls.
Additional Duties
- In addition to the description listed above, you will also be responsible for the following:
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Be available to work the same schedule as your lead technician.
Candidates must possess the following Skills/Characteristics:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Strong Communication, both written and verbal.
- Positive "Can-Do" attitude.
- Ability to use and handle computer/tablet/smart phone
- Ability to work both within a team, and independently.
- MUST have a valid driver’s license
- MUST have own transportation to get to/from shop daily
