Job Type : Full-time

Technician Trainee Job Duties :

Take direction from a lead technician on proper IICRC standards for Restoration.
Carry equipment up to 75 lbs. from a vehicle into a home.
Be able to use hand tools such as drills, drywall knives, hammers, pry-bars, etc.
Be willing to take part in classroom and on-the-job training.
Rotating on-call week / weekends where you are to answer, respond, and perform all above duties during after-hours for emergency calls.

Additional Duties

In addition to the description listed above, you will also be responsible for the following :

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Be available to work the same schedule as your lead technician.

Candidates must possess the following Skills / Characteristics :

High school or equivalent (Required)

Strong Communication, both written and verbal.

Positive "Can-Do" attitude.

Ability to use and handle computer / tablet / smart phone

Ability to work both within a team, and independently.

MUST have a valid driver’s license

MUST have own transportation to get to / from shop daily
