Job Summary:
Duties include assisting eServices team members with the coordination of resources, meetings, and execution of projects as outlined in the eServices Workplan. They will organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within scope. This role requires working across departments to accomplish the goals of the eServices Workplan and provide a high-level of customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects within the eServices department.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support project goals and deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Support the development of project timelines, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance eServices processes and user experiences.
- Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities as needed.
- Provide general administrative support for the eServices team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating communications.
Qualifications:
Knowledge & Skills:
Must have strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira) is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Basic understanding of digital services, customer support, or technology platforms is preferred. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic and innovative setting.
Education:
Preferred minimum associate’s degree from Information Technology Degree Program or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
Working Conditions:
Normal business hours with some overtime.
