Job Description: Program Coordinator
Position Title: Program Coordinator
Department: United Way of Erie County
Reports to: Executive Director (CEO)
Employment Type: Part-Time/Full-Time
Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator will support the implementation and management of key United Way programs, including Allocation – Grantees, IRS VITA/TCE, Ride United, and other direct programs, reporting directly to the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs.
- Coordinate with grantees and community partners.
- Manage logistics for IRS VITA/TCE and Ride United programs.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and track outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders for program promotion and feedback.
- Manage programs and report directly to the Executive Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- Experience in program coordination or project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and program management software.
