Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
• Manage and maintain the integrity, security, and accuracy of the organization's donor database information, ideally within Raiser’s Edge and/or other CRM platforms.
• Accurate processing of all gifts via all payment methods (i.e., check, credit card, online, ACH, domestic wire, and stock transfer).
• Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of Raiser’s Edge.
• Execute data imports and exports from external and internal sources.
• Provide accurate monthly integration of financial information for the accounting department.
• Generate and analyze financial and analytical reports including queries to support fundraising and fiscal management to ensure that the database accurately captures donor gift information.
• Aid in resource development projects, including mailings, special events and other related activities.
• Perform regular data audits, cleanups, and updates to enhance data integrity.
• Follow-up on outstanding pledge receivables to mitigate uncollected pledges at year-end.
• Work with Blackbaud’s support team to troubleshoot and resolve all database related issues.
• Stay current with Raiser’s Edge updates and enhancements.
• Process daily bank deposits and credit card donations.
• Other administration duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of two years’ firsthand experience with and managing donor databases ideally in Raiser’s Edge or other CRM platforms, preferably in a nonprofit environment.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and principles.
• General knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Knowledge of fundraising, tax, and regulatory policies and guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and OneDrive; knowledge of Financial Edge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with various levels of management.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to take initiative where appropriate.
• Able to follow-through and complete all assigned projects within allotted time.
• Establish and maintain professional working relationships.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment.

Salary Range:
$55,000 to $65,000 per year.
