Position Summary
United Way of Midland County is hiring a Family Child Care Network Hub Lead to develop and lead a resource hub supporting home-based and non-licensed childcare providers. This role will help providers access business, licensing, and wellness resources with the goal of increasing licensed home-based programs in our region.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a coalition of local childcare providers.
- Launch and manage a hub that supports provider quality, business practices, and licensing.
- Identify gaps and connect providers with relevant resources.
- Collect and report data in alignment with ECIC requirements.
- Collaborate with United Way teams on marketing, compliance, and communication.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of home-based licensing and provider support networks.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; commitment to equity and inclusion.
Work and schedule is dependent on workload and will vary. This position is funded through October 2025 with the potential of continuation based on available grant funding.
