We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Benefits Compliance Specialist to join our Team Member Services team! As a benefits compliance specialist you will partner with the benefits team to audit and analyze data within our HRIS system, UKG, and our benefits platform, bswift. This role requires strong attention to detail and in-depth knowledge as you will be auditing and analyzing errors and implementing corrections and improvements.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Responsible for the weekly benefit file upload
- Manage projects on the team
- Auditing FMLA and 401k
- Process company invoices relating to Benefits
- Oversee process during Open Enrollment
- Analyze and report monthly census
- Complete payroll deduction audits
- Provide overall support off the benefits team
- Present as back up to certain tasks on the team (example 401k)
- 1-2 years experience with Benefits or Human Resources
- Proficient in Word, Excel, HRIS and/or other applicable database program
- Strong ability to communicate with a high level of service to all team members face to face, over the phone, and in written communication
- Strong organizational skills
- On-site attendance required
