We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at United Wholesale Mortgage. In this role, you will assist our sales professionals in preparing sales materials, calendar management, answering phones, making reservations etc. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, learn about our products and services, and develop essential skills in sales and customer service.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
MUST-KNOWS
- This is an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
- This position requires full-time, on-site attendance in Pontiac, MI
- This role does not provide immigration sponsorship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Calendar management including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Answering phones
- Making reservations
- Scrubbing data
- Other tasks as needed
- Completed 2 or 4-year degree
- Complex rationale and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be coached
- Adaptable to a flexible, fast-changing industry
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to take accountability for actions
