What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Administrative Specialist position at United Wholesale Mortgage?
The Talent Administrative Specialist will partner closely with our Career Coaches and Leaders to oversee internal transfers. As a Talent Administrative Specialist you will gather all necesarry endorsement information from leaders, support leaders and their team members throughout the process, and ensure all transfers & rehires are processed accordingly.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Review various team member documents and data for internal applicants
- Building and maintaining relationships with leaders and team members across the company
- Work with leaders on obtaining transfer endorsements
- Support leaders with providing constructive feedback to the team members
- Create and submit change forms to allow for the details of a transfer to be processed
- Process rehire requests
- Partner with the Career Coach on ensuring our team members have an elite experience in the application process
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- 6 months experience in human resources or equivalent experience/training preferred
- High level of integrity while evaluating confidential information required for internal transfers
- Advanced multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient time management skills
- High sense of urgency
- Elite client service skills while having difficult conversations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
