What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian position at United Workforce?
Overview:
United Workforce is looking for a Custodian to maintain a local community center.
The hours for this Custodian position are flexible and should total about 32 hours weekly; Typically Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Pay for this Custodian position is $15 hourly.
Duties can include but are not limited to:
- Sweeping/mopping/vacuuming the facility
- Keeping the facility free of trash and debris
- Light maintenance as needed (changing lightbulbs, keeping cleaning supplies stocked, minor repairs)
You will need to be able to pass a Level II fingerprint background with DCF (costs covered by employer)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week

- Building maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
