As a family support and visitation specialist, you will provide resources and assist families. You will be providing resources such as housing, healthcare and education services.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide written and/or oral communication with referral sources on a weekly basis
- Maintain a caseload of clients
- Follow the NE DHHS guidelines
- Provide transportation to clients as authorized and necessary

Required Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in the Human Services field
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in social services, child welfare or family support
- Proven ability to work evenings and weekends
- Proven solid problem-solving skills
