The Lead Account Receivable Clerk position is responsible for handling all correspondence related to an insurance or patient account, contacting insurance carriers, patients and other facilities as needed to get maximum payment on accounts and identify issues or changes to achieve client profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Manager with projects, provides support, conducts audits and trains staff on AR Follow-up functions

Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle
- 1 years of experience in denial resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
- People leadership experience
- Epic billing system experience

The hourly range for this role is $23.70 to $46.35 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
